Purchase Private Lesson s

    Limit of 2 single sessions per student at sale price. To be eligible for the sale price your session must be booked and paid for in May but may be used in a different month. Make sure you have enquired with the instructor FIRST before sending this purchase form.

    Don't submit this form unless you have made an enquiry with the instructor you a purchasing private lessons with first.

    In purchasing private lessons you acknowledge and accept that:
    - Single sessions expire after 2 months
    - Five lesson concession cards expire after 4 months
    - Lesson times are to be arranged directly with the instructor
    - Lesson cards cannot be transferred to another member or another instructor
    - All private lessons must take place at 198 Marua Rd
    - No refunds are available in the event you do not use your lessons before they expire
    - The rules of the dojang, speaking to seniors and of dress (i.e. uniform) apply during private lessons
    - Submitting a purchase form for private lessons does not guarantee acceptance (make sure you have enquired with the instructor first)
    - Payment must be received before private lessons can commence
    ​- Private Lesson cards (issued on receipt of payment) must be brought to lessons for signing off
