Tuesdays 7am - Dance Room
Thursdays 3.45pm - Drama Room Year 7-13 girls at Diocesan School for Girls have the opportunity to learn Taekwon-Do - right at their own school! Students at our Diocesan branch learn Taekwon-Do and self- defence skills, whilst also keeping fit and building confidence and self-esteem,
Our qualified Taekwon-Do instructor, Kavita Jaduram (Miss J) is a Diocesan old girl and loves passing on her knowledge and experience to the girls at Diocesan school. Miss J was a double gold medalist at the 2014 Oceania Taekwon-Do Championships. Training Options Students at our Dio branch have the option of training once or twice per week on Tuesday mornings in the dance room and/or Thursday afternoons in the drama room (both of these rooms are located on the third floor, above the common rooms). Opportunities Students also have opportunities to attend gradings and be promoted in rank and to compete in tournaments if they wish. Payment While membership and classes are arranged with Warrior Taekwon-Do, payments for Taekwon-Do fees are then invoiced to parents through Diocesan School for Girls. Please fill out this form to arrange a free trial session. At the trial session they will need to wear clothes comfortable to be training in and bring a water bottle. Once we have received your form we will call or email you to confirm the trial session. If you are ready to join your daughter up straightaway, please complete our JOINING FORM. |
