Last Week of Training for 2015
Thank you so much for training with us this year! We've enjoyed seeing your progress and meeting our newer members.
This week is the last week of training at all branches for 2015,with our final training date on Thursday 17 December.

January Timetable
During January we will be running a reduced schedule from 11 January as below:

Monday:
4.30pm - Jacky's Classes, combined class of Kubz and Mini Kids
5.30pm - Mini Kids 5+
6.30pm - Ages 10+ of any rank, plus younger students at least yellow belt

Tuesday:
5.30pm - Mini Kids 5+
6.30pm - Ages 10+ of any rank, plus younger students at least yellow belt

Wednesday:
6.30pm - Ages 10+ of any rank, plus younger students at least yellow belt

Thursday:
5.30pm - Mini Kids 5+
6.30pm - Ages 10+ of any rank, plus younger students at least yellow belt

Our full schedule and Saturday classes resume in February. Not sure which January class is right for you or your child? Drop us an email or see us in the office and we will be happy to help you out.

If you haven't had your say yet about tournaments and athlete development we would love her from you!

Dear Members,

Congratulations to our Mini Kids and TKD Kubz grading candidates who graded last week and yesterday! There are a few photos from both gradings here.

Remember there are still classes next week. Our last training day for 2015 is Thursday 17 December. Next week we will be releasing our January schedule so make sure you check next week's newsletter for that.

Event Cancellation
We did not have enough RSVP's for our end of year event that was due to be this Saturday so regretfully this event has been cancelled.

Athlete Development
We are working on some new ideas for athlete development in 2016 and we would love to have your input, whether this is something you have been involved in before or not.

Dear Members,

Congratulations to all our colour belt grading candidates who graded last week! You will be receiving your results from today. Now we are looking forward to our next lot of grading candidates who will be demonstrating what they've learnt this term at our Mini Kids Grading this Thursday.

Remember we still have classes until Thursday 17 December so make sure you keep coming to class for some special challenges your instructors will be setting you!

No 6.30pm Class Tonight
We are having our planning meeting for next year tonight so there is no 6.30pm class. Do come on Thursday night though for training and to receive your grading results, belts and stripes!

Are You Coming?
Our end of year/Christmas training and picnic is on Saturday 12 December at the Waiatarua Reserve on Abbotts Way (just around the corner from our Ellerslie dojang) and all of our members from all of our branches are welcome. 

We DO need more RSVP's to come in otherwise we will have to cancel. Lots of people have indicated they are intending to come but haven't RSVP's yet ... so please do!

Everyone who RSVP's before Friday 4 December will be in the draw for spot prizes.

And Two of Our Black Belts Are ...
... grading for their next Dan level this weekend! Miss Kara Timmer is grading for her 3rd Dan and Miss Roisin Giles for 2nd Dan. We wish them all the very, very best! If you would like to come and support them (and be inspired in your own training) the public section of the grading is at 1pm on Sunday and the grading is at Waiau Pa School. If you'd like to come and you need a ride, please post to our members and parents only group and we will try and connect you with transport.
