August Colour Belt Grading

Our next colour belt grading is on 29 August at Warrior Training Zone, arrive 6pm for a 6.30pm start.

This grading is suitable for members on the colour belt syllabus, i.e. they are either mini kids who now have all four stripes on their belts and have thus graduated to the colour belt syllabus, or are older kids/teens/adults who are on the colour belt syllabus.  (If you are unsure which syllabus you are on, please check with the office or your instructor).

Pre-grading dates: Monday 19 and Tuesday 20 August at your usual class time (if you normally train on a different date please arrange to attend one of these days for pre-grading, with your usual instructor if possible)
Cut off for completed forms/payment in to office: Tuesday 27 August

If you wish to apply for this grading please follow our new grading procedure:
- Collect a colour belt grading application form from your instructor (or the office)
- Bring your completed form to your pre-grading where you will be assessed for your suitability to grade by your instructor and your instructor will complete their part of the form
- Collect your form BACK from your instructor at the end of the pre-grading
- If you have been approved to grade, bring your form and payment to the office for processing and registration.

Please note that you will only be eligible to grade if it is at least 3 months since your last colour belt grading, unless you are a white belt grading for yellow stripe in which case you are immediately eligible to apply.
