Dear Members,
The end of term and our Term 3 Mini Kids Grading are coming up very quickly! Remember you must get your grading forms back to the office by this Friday. You can also scan them back to me by email. There's certainly a lot going on for kids at the moment with the Auckland North Kids Camp and the final Pee Wee Tournament of the year happening this weekend. We've got 7 Warrior kids going to the camp and a few heading to compete in Pukekohe and hope they all have an awesome time. It is really great to see Warrior members of all ages getting involved in activities and opportunities outside of club training. New Mats If you have been to the Ellerslie branch over the last week you will have noticed stacks and stacks of brand new mats which will replace the ones currently on the dojang floor. The removal of the old mats and laying down of the new mats is a very big job happening this Saturday morning. We really need help to get it done! If you can spare some time on Saturday morning, look out for a special email with details about it some time today or tomorrow. Every extra hand will make a difference. School Holiday Timetable With the school holidays coming up, we have released our school holiday training timetable. We run a reduced timetable during the school holidays for better class sizes which make training more fun. Please do make it a priority to check out the timetable and make a note of when you or your child should be coming to training in the holidays. View the timetable here Free School Holiday Programme We're running our popular Free School Holiday Programme in the first week of this school holidays. It is ideal for beginners aged between 5-10 who are not currently members of Warrior Taekwon-Do. If you have friends who are interested in giving Taekwon-Do a go this is a great way to introduce them to our wonderful martial art. Feel free to pass on the link: Free School Holiday Programme Best wishes, Rachel Bates Centre Manager
