Warrior Taekwon-Do News: 22 September

Dear Members,

It was a big weekend for Taekwon-Do for lots of our members! We had people at the Pee Wee Tournament competing and officiating, kids, instructors and parent helpers at the Auckland North Kids Camp - and of course we also had a team of people from Warrior and around the region come and help lay down our brand new mats!

The new mats are looking FANTASTIC! Make sure you check out the very cool (and short)timelapse video of the team of helpers getting them down. Thank you so much to everyone who came and helped!

Remember we DO have classes on over the holiday period on a reduced timetable starting from next week, and Three Kings and Diocesan branch members are more than welcome to come and train at our Ellerslie branch over the holidays. Make sure you check out the timetable hereand diary the correct time to come.

Class Cancellations This Thursday
Because of the Mini Kids Grading on Thursday there are no 3.30pm, 4.30pm or 5.30pm classes on that day. Those who normally come to a 3.30pm or 4.30pm class are welcome to come on a different day. 5.30pm members, please come to the 6.30pm class for combined training instead.

Did you know we have a Warrior Taekwon-Do members and parents only group on Facebook? The group is for more of an 'in house' communication and hang out area and not open to the general public. If you're not already in the group, click on this link and request to join.

Soledad Serrano
The seminar with Argentinian powerhouse Soledad Serrano is finally upon us! We've got about 8 people from Warrior registered already. If you are at least 10 years old of any rank, make sure you register for this awesome opportunity, which is happening this Sunday.
