Dear Members,

What a great week, with special guest Master Rimmer (VII Dan) joining our other special guest Mr. Matthew Davey (III Dan) at our Thursday 6.30pm session last week! There are lots of awesome photos from the Thursday session here on Facebook. 

Auckland North Regional Competition Entries Due
The Auckland North Regional Tournament is just two weeks away, and entries must be in by this Friday!! Don't miss out and get your entry in ASAP.  The tournament is just around the corner at the AMI Centre on Sunday 25 May.  Entry form here. 

If you're not entering, keep the day free and come along to support our Warriors who are and to be inspired for next year (or the future)!

ITKD Re-registrations
People whose re-registrations are now due must have them paid ASAP, especially if they are wanting their registration to be activated in time to enter regionals.  There's nothing we can do if your invoice isn't tidied up in good time for your registration to be activated, so please get onto this.  If you're unsure of the status of your registration, please contact the office. 

Auckland North Regional Training
The Auckland North Regional Training team have announced that they have specialist coaches on the coaching team this year to help with your preparation for Nationals.  They are:

Ogy Kabzamalov - sparring
Roisin Giles - patterns
Alex Perkins - power

These coaches are some of the best in New Zealand in their disciplines - this is an amazing opportunity to really develop your competition skills!

Trainings are on Sundays from 9.30am-11am at 198 Marua Rd - bring $5.
