Dear Members,
What a great training week we had last week!

Summer training continues through January with one combined session at 5.30pm Mon-Thu.  These sessions have been awesome so far - a great atmosphere and very well attended.  We hope to see more of you this week!

Competitions in 2014
2014 is an exciting year for Taekwon-Do with great events on the calendar, nationally and internationally.

Our main event this year is the Auckland North Regional Championships, which is open to all ages and ranks. We would also like to send teams to all the PeeWee competitions - a great opportunity for young kids, as well as the Nationals (yellow belt and above), Oceania Championships and World Cup (blue belt and above.)

Monday: 3.30pm /4.30pm / 5.30pm / 6.30pm Tuesday: 3.30pm /4.30pm / 5.30pm / 6.30pm / 7.30pm
Wednesday: 3.30pm /4.30pm / 5.30pm / 6.30pm Thursday: 3.30pm /4.30pm / 5.30pm / 6.30pm / 7.30pm
Friday: 3.30pm /4.30pm

Epsom

Tuesday & Thursday: 7-8am

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!
Are you available between 2.45-3.15pm on weekdays?! We are looking for one or more volunteers to help us with our Walking School Bus.

Our Walking School Bus is a unique service which helps kids from Stanhope Road School get safely to the dojang (training center). It is approximately a 400m walk from the school to the training centre door - a very short distance. Due to the young age of the kids and large volume of traffic, we are in need of a parent volunteer to supervise the kids.
