Pre-Gradings on Monday & Tuesday for Colour Belt Students 
Today and tomorrow our colour belt students have their compulsory pre-grading sessions to be considered for the Colour Belt Grading.  Remember: - Attending a Pre-Grading session today or tomorrow is a compulsory requirement - If you don't usually attend a class on a Monday or Tuesday you must arrange to be there and come one of the days at your usual class time (preferably choose the day your usual instructor teaches) - You must bring your Colour Belt Grading Application Form with you and hand it to your instructor before the pre-grading begins, and collect it back afterwards
- If you are a Mini Kids student you don't have to worry about this paragraph as there are no pre-gradings for Mini Kids Syllabus students

Colour Belt Grading Fee Changes
Our governing organisation (International Taekwon-Do) has introduced tiered grading fees this year.  These are not yet on the Colour Belt Grading Application Forms, but please take note of the fee for your grading level as it is what you will be required to pay for the upcoming grading if you are successful at the Pre-Grading. 

10th-9th Gup (white to yellow stripe) - $60
9th-8th Gup (yellow stripe to yellow) - $60 
8th-7th Gup (yellow to green stripe) - $60 
7th-6th Gup (green stripe to green) - $70 
6th-5th Gup (green to blue stripe) - $70
5th-4th Gup (blue stripe to blue) - $70
4th-3rd Gup (blue to red stripe) - $80
3rd-2nd Gup (red stripe to red) - $80 
2nd-1st Gup (red to black stripe)  - $80 

Uniform Orders
We have been able to secure a special deal on doboks at $60 each before the upcoming grading (they normally retail between $80-90).  The uniform includes a jacket, uniform and white belt, and sizes are by height (for example, a 126cm child should order a 130cm size uniform).  Uniform orders need to be made before midday on Friday 11 April so that they arrive in time for the grading.  The link to order uniforms will be live from tomorrow (Tuesday) and will be online here. 

Peewee Tournament for Kids Aged 3-12 
The excellent Peewee Tournament Series is back in 2014, with entries now open for the first tournament to be held in Pukekohe on Sunday 13 April.  These are fun, well run tournaments for kids who can enter up to 4 events for just $20. We would encourage kids who are looking at attending their first tournament to attend one of the Peewee tournaments this year - there are already a couple of kids from Warrior who are registered for the April tournament. You can enter your child here.  Remember your child must have a current registration with International Taekwon-Do and a uniform to enter tournaments.
